Appearance
Appearance is good, side buttons can be hard to use. Back is easily scuffed.
Ease of use
Not as intuitive as the Zune HD, menu systems are more cumbersome and look different than they should. There should be an option to delete music off the player and have iTunes remember. No crossfade like on nano.
Portability
WiFi will eat up battery faster. Not portable in this respect but is in others.
Storage capacity
Plenty of room for everything. 32GB models have less than 29gb usable space.
Compatibility with windows
iTunes is actually very annoying software, it will ask you to update it even if the program is closed.
